Freight shipping transit time is impacted by factors including distance, shipping mode, route, and season. In very rough estimates: express shipping can take as little as 1-3 days for in-land deliveries, air freight is typically 5-10 working days, and sea shipping can range anywhere from 20-45 days or more.
In-land deliveries can take 2-3 working days.

A customer must have met the following criteria to be eligible for free shipping
Packages that are undelivered due to wrong addresses, consignee rejected the shipment or consignee changed addresses, AGC will contact the shipper for further instructions as to the shipment.

All shipments are subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the handling fee. Refunds can take up to 10 working days from the date the request is made.
